I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD?
You don't need a PayPal account to place an order on our website. To order with a credit card, just click the yellow PayPal button and at the bottom of the next screen, click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button. All payments are securely processed via PayPal. All Major Credit Cards and E-Checks are all accepted forms of payment.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD IN STORES?
Currently our products are not available in retail stores. All retail sales are exclusively through our website. For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us via our Contact Form.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD OUTSIDE THE US?
Currently we do not have distributors in other countries. However we do frequently ship to Canada, Europe and many other countries throughout the world.
Shipping for one bag is via International First Class Mail. Shipping of 2 or more bags is via International Priority Mail. Import duties may be applied by the postal service on international shipments.
MY TRIP IS VERY SOON. HOW FAST CAN I CAN I GET MY BAG?
Bags ordered with Priority Shipping (and with no embroidery) can generally ship the day they are ordered or the next day and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail shipping time can typically range from 1 to 4 days. Faster express shipping times are generally available with varying pricing and timing based on shipping destination. Please contact us via our Contact Form to get for specific details for your location.
HOW CAN I WASH MY BAG?
We generally recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water but many people have reported good success washing their Kyss Bags in their washing machines.
If you choose to use a washing machine, remember:
Remove Lock and Chain Assembly - Disassemble large split ring on inside of bag - Do not put the lock in the washing machine.
Drip Dry - Do not use a dryer.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY COMBINATION?
If we had originally pre-set your combo, we can likely recover it and send it to you via email. Just contact us using our Contact Form.
Unfortunately, in order to re-set your lock combo, you have to know the current combination - That’s the only time the Reset Button on the lock will go in. Otherwise any unscrupulous person could come by at any time, simply re-set your combination and get into your bag.
But rest assured, there are 2 options:
1) Finding the Combination - You should be able to find the combination by trying all 1000 combinations, 0-0-0 through 9-9-9. We know this sounds daunting, but it’s not that bad. It’s been successfully done many times. Once you get going it should only take about 30 minutes to try every combination. If you get lucky, you'll hit it early. If you can remember one of the numbers, you should only have to try 100 combos.
2) Purchasing a New Lock & Chain Assembly - If you would like to purchase a replacement Lock & Chain Assembly just contact us using our Contact Form. We will Email you an ordering link.
I TRIED TO SET MY LOCK COMBINATION AND SOMETHING WENT WRONG. NOW I CAN’T OPEN THE LOCK. WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally this happens but it should be easy to figure out. In our experience many times the pen slips off the button during the setting of the first number. So first try 1-0-0, 2-0-0, 3-0-0, 4-0-0, 5-0-0, 6-0-0, 7-0-0, 8-0-0 and 9-0-0.
Other times the pen slips off the button during the setting of the 2nd number. So say you were trying to set the combo 1-2-3. Make sure to try the 1-2-3 combo on both sides of the lock. And then if it still won't open, try 1-1-0, 1-3-0, 1-4-0, 1-5-0, 1-6-0, 1-7-0 1-8-0 and 1-9-0.
Once in a while the pen slips off the button while setting the last number . So try 1-2-0, 1-2-1, 1-2-2, 1-2-4, 1-2-5, 1-2-6, 1-2-7, 1-2-8 and 1-2-9.
If you are able to find the combination, then carefully re-follow the instructions to re-set the lock to the combo that you want. If you still cannot find the combination and the the lock won't open, then please contact us for additional help.
I HAVE DECIDED I WANT EMBROIDERY BUT I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED MY BAG. CAN I ADD EMBROIDERY?
Yes. Adding embroidery is not a problem.
Just go back on to our website and order the embroidery separately. Please note in the Special Instructions that the embroidery is to be added to an existing bag order. We'll match the bag to the embroidery and send a confirmation email summarizing the combined order.
CAN I USE BY BAG OR BACKPACK AS AN ARLINE CARRY-ON?
Yes, people use their Kyss Bags and Backpacks as airline carry-ons all the time - Never a problem. Just can't be locked closed going through TSA Security.
I WANT MY ORGANIZATION/ BUSINESS LOGO EMBROIDERED ON MY BAG. CAN THAT BE DONE?
Yes. We can embroider unique organization or business logos. However the logo must first be digitized into embroidery machine software code before it can be stitched. The one-time digitization charge is $50-$75 (depending on logo size and complexity) in addition to the per bag stitching cost. So unless you are ordering a larger quantity, it may be more cost effective to see is we can find a stock image that may meet your needs.
