OUR STORE POLICIES

Things You Need to Know

We founded Kyss Bags with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

- Payments -

All online payments are processed securely via PayPal.  PayPal Accounts and all major Credit Cards as well as E-checks are accepted.  E-Check purchases are shipped after the payment clears.

- Shipping -
Products are shipped to US locations by USPS Priority Mail.
Single bag International orders are shipped via International First Class Mail. This is the least expensive way to ship internationally.  Multi-bag International orders are shipped via International Priority Mail.  Expect international shipments to arrive in 10-14 days from date of shipment.  .   International shipments may be subject to additional in-country handling and customs charges.
Shipping Damage:  In the case of shipping damage customers should file a claim with the postal service immediately.

- Order Discrepancies -

Wrong or missing item info should be conveyed to us as soon as possible using our CONTACT FORM.

- Returns -

Items in new condition (without custom embroidery) may be returned within 90 days for replacement or a full refund.  Bags with custom embroidery are not returnable.
Before returning any item, please use our CONTACT FORM to advise us of a desired return and to receive a PRN (Product Return Number).  Please include the ordering Email address, the order number and the reason for the return.  Then please complete this RETURN FORM and include it with your return.  Please package your return in secure packaging and return it to the following address:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except for cases in which the wrong item was shipped.

- Defective Items -

Kyss Bag products are warrantied exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material for one year from the purchase date.

- Bag Care -
Cleaning - We recommend that any of our products be primarily spot cleaned with warm water and mild detergent and drip dry.
If you choose to machine wash your bag you must remove the lock and chain before washing by removing the large split ring on the inside of the bag.  Wash the bag on gentle cycle with mild detergent and drip dry.  Do not use a machine dryer.
Exposure to Moisture - The security chain and lock assembly that comes with your Kyss Bag is made from materials that are highly resistant to water damage and rusting. However, these components or the metal components on the bag are not designed to be subjected to prolonged exposure to water or moisture. In the event that the chain components, the lock, or the bag itself is soaked with water, remove the chain and lock assembly from the bag and allow to air dry. Reassemble the lock and chain assembly to the bag when the components are once again dry.

 

- Liability -
Reminder: The Safe Tote TM Security System is a theft deterrent system, not a security guarantee.  Larson Product Development, LLC (LPD) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY OR POSSESSIONS THAT ARE STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE USING ANY KYSS TOTE BAG PRODUCT. Any bag security feature can be overcome by a determined thief with the right tools, enough privacy and the right opportunity. Therefore, always use your Kyss TM Tote Bag in a public place where potential eyewitnesses to tampering or theft add to the theft deterring nature of the product. And always periodically check on the security of your belongings.
LPD shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that inevitably occurs with extended use, or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, animal attack, alteration, or normal wear and tear. In no event will LPD be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
